Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – Business Finance to support costing, SAP operations, MIS reporting, compliance activities, and business performance monitoring.
The role requires strong expertise in SAP FICO, standard costing, business analytics, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Costing & SAP Operations

  • Maintain and update standard costs for new and existing products across domestic and export businesses in line with budgeted and latest CTC.
  • Execute variance postings through the CO cycle and monitor process orders for accuracy.
  • Track Work-in-Progress (WIP), open production orders, and production reports for timely review and control.
  • Prepare and validate actual Cost-to-Company (CTC) workings using SAP reports.
  • Validate Material Master, BOM, MARA, and other master data to ensure accurate costing inputs.
  • Update RM/PM rate workings and maintain purchase-linked pricing records.
  • Ensure correctness of overheads, yields, and key costing parameters in SAP.
  • Manage CCPC batch updates and perform periodic costing validation checks.


2. MIS & Business Reporting

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations for divisional and leadership reviews.
  • Monitor operational and financial KPIs to support business performance analysis.
  • Assist in preparation and analysis of Budget vs Actual expense reports.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on financial and operational data.


3. Compliance & Regulatory Support

  • Support IPDMS reporting and validation of Form II, III, and V submissions.
  • Assist in cost audit activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.


4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Accounts, IT, Production, and Business teams for smooth process execution.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial and operational data across SAP and reporting systems.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
