- Develop and finalize packaging materials (primary & secondary) for new and existing products.
- Coordinate with vendors for development of packing materials like cartons, foils, labels, inserts, and shippers.
- Prepare and review packaging specifications, artworks, and BOMs.
- Conduct compatibility and stability studies for packaging materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., WHO, USFDA, EU guidelines).
- Handle change control, deviations, and CAPA related to packaging.
- Support technology transfer and exhibit batches.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs for smooth execution.
- Vendor qualification and performance monitoring.
- Cost optimization and alternative vendor/material development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Packaging Science preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical packaging development
